Pack the Quad — Ranger Fun Before Game Time!

Regis University hosted a Pack the Quad event, which was a pre-game event on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, right before the Women’s Volleyball game which was also their home opener for the season. This event had everything from sign making, activities, lawn volleyball, photos, music and snacks like popcorn. More specifically, there were many party baskets filled with all kinds of sweet treats, stickers, fun tattoos, and different kinds of fun things. 

The purpose of Pack the Quad is to include people and make it fun for students, faculty, friends, and family to join together to enjoy community before the volleyball game. Part of Pack the Quad involves walking to the Fieldhouse to cheer on your Regis University Rangers. 

Chase Perry interviewed his friend Nelson, who is also a student here at Regis and asked if he was having fun at the Pack the Quad event in which he said yes. Chase also asked Nelson why he was having fun at Pack the Quad and he said that people were having lots of fun and there were snacks everywhere. Nelson was also asked what inclusion means to him, and he responded by saying that, making sure that no one is left out is what it means to be inclusive.

Later that evening the Women’s Volleyball team put up a hard game against Fort Hays State. Fort Hays won with the total score being 0-3. Two Global photographers, Maggie Ridge and Andrew Goodspeed captured photos from the Women’s Volleyball game that evening:
