DENVER, CO, June 2, 2025 - Colorado Movement Lab (CML), initiates their summer programming with Summer Program 1, a three week intensive training program, culminating in a final performance on June 21, 2025. All summer classes will take place in CML’s home base, its gorgeous, sun-filled studios in Westminster, CO. CML’s summer programs are directed by Co-Artistic Directors, Chris Harris and Julia Wilkinson Manley, and are taught by an accomplished team of experienced professional dancers and dance educators. The faculty team for Summer Program 1 includes Caitlin Aryes, Jacquline Campos, Carly Hambridge, Page Jenkins, Austin Price, Rebeca Ramirez Vargas, and Julia Wilkinson Manley.
Colorado Movement Lab is a haven for exploration that believes in the invaluable power of pure art, unconstrained movement, and endless possibilities. The key ideals of CML are based around dance education, movement exploration, and wellness. All of these ideals are embodied in CML’s summer programming, a time for transformation, adventure, and courage.
CML proudly offers a variety of summer programming, all of which are tailored to the individuals in the classes, giving them a space that is both challenging and encouraging, in a perfect balance of perseverance and professionalism. Classes are offered for ages from 3 years, to adults, and CML’s inclusivity based structure provides a curriculum that is adaptable and enjoyable for all. Some of the classes offered in CML’s Summer Program include Ballet, Pointe, Repertoire, Variations, Pilates, Jazz, Contemporary, Ankle Health, Conditioning, and much more.
On June 21, all participants in Summer Program 1 are invited to partake in a concluding performance, showcasing the work done throughout the month of June. The performance will take place on Saturday, June 21, 2025, with doors opening at 6:00pm, with the performance officially starting at 6:30pm. The performance will occur in CML’s main space, Lab 1, and welcomes friends and family of the participants, as well as the general public.
Enrollment for CML’s Summer Program 1 is now open, and new students are encouraged to reach out with questions. CML is ready to help curate the dance journey of all, and looks forward to continuing to merge healthy dance training with an emphasis on personal wellness.
