Colorado Movement Lab Offers An Adult Movement Intensive

DENVER, CO, June 23, 2025 - Colorado Movement Lab (CML), is an initiator in bringing the art of dance and the enjoyment of movement to people of all ages and abilities. In an effort to break the stigma of the performing arts cycle, CML proudly offers bountiful opportunities for adult dancers, ages 18+, to train at a rigorous level, and participate in professionally produced performances and showcases. One of these opportunities will transpire this summer, from June 23, 2025 to June 28, 2025, in the Adult Movement Intensive. All summer classes will take place in CML’s home base, its gorgeous, sun-filled studios in Westminster, CO. CML’s summer programs are directed by Co-Artistic Directors, Chris Harris and Julia Wilkinson Manley, and are taught by an accomplished team of experienced professional dancers and dance educators. Earlier this month, the Highlander Staff had the incredible opportunity to visit 9News Headquarters in Denver. The visit was a behind the scenes look into a fast paced journalistic environment, fueled by a large team of dedicated creatives, wanting to bring news to viewers with accuracy and credibility. With this trip, the Highlander staff witnessed live interviews and toured the sets where the morning news is filmed.
